If I could give them 10 stars for customer service I would. We had some issues with our order, but once it was caught they were consistently communicating with me about every update and when it shipped. They even tracked my shipping. To apologize for the issue they sent me an extra keychain which was not necessary, but it’s that kind of customer service you will get from them. My husband is a new assistant principal and needed this for his school keys, so he was very excited when it arrived. Great quality and awesome design. Highly highly recommend them!
